Softball Equipment

*** We have a selection of Pre-Owned sports equipment including bats, bags, gloves, helmets, cleats, and more. These items are donated by our families as their kids outgrow the equipment. We will have the equipment for sale for $5/item. Look for the bins near concessions!


Equipment NOT Allowed during practices and games (Babe Ruth rules): Jewlery of any kind, i.e. earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches. 


The new USA bat standard, which applies to Babe Ruth Softball, was implemented on January 1, 2018.

Cleats

  • 12U and Under: Only molded rubber or synthetic cleats, or sneakers, are permitted.
  • 14U and Older: Metal cleats are allowed in Babe Ruth, but CKAA prefers molded rubber cleats.
