Thank you for your registration to the upcoming season!  We are excited to kick things off.  Please read the below information very carefully and make notes of all upcoming dates.

Spread the Word!

Please remember that we rely heavily on our families to spread the word about the great things happening at CKAA. The power of word of mouth in helping our league to grow is extremely important, so please spread the word and get family and friends to join CKAA for the upcoming season!!!

Key Dates:

  • Evaluations: 8/22 8:30 am for 6U Majors and 8U Divisions (Check-in begins at 8:00 am) for both t-ball, baseball, and softball; & 10:30 am (Checkin starts at 10 am) for 10U and Up Divisions (both baseball and softball)
  • Mandatory Coach's Meeting: TBD
  • Practices: TBD. Practices will not be determined until we know which team you are on. Your coach will inform you of the schedule. Typically, there is one practice during the week, and games are on Saturdays.
  • Parents Meet & Greet: TBD
  • Party at the Park: TBD
  • Opening Day: Saturday, TBD
  • Advanced Ball Tryouts: TBD

Volunteering:

What to Expect

CKAA only operates with volunteers.  It takes ALL of us to make our league a success!  Our policy for volunteering is a necessity and the only way in which we can survive.  Please help CKAA by finding the right opportunity for you and knocking it out of the PARK!

  • Unless you paid the "Non-volunteer fee" during registration, there is the requirement for your family to volunteer at least FIVE (5) hours per player by the end of the season.
  • Beginning at the last day of registration, EVERY FAMILY WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE for $150 per player
  • Once your family has satisfied your FIVE (5) hours for your player, then the invoice will be DELETED.
  • If you have not satisfied the volunteer requirement by the last day of the season, then the invoice will remain on your account and you will be required to pay the non-volunteer invoice before you will be permitted to register again at CKAA.
