• Shorts with NO Pockets
• Cleats are recommended, No Metal Spikes, ONLY Rubber Cleats permitted.
  
  Equipment NOT Allowed during practices and games jewelry of any kind - i.e. ear rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches
