Our Mission To develop youth through sports; both on the field and off, by focusing on fundamentals, sportsmanship, great coaching and the right way to handle competition that will last a lifetime. Our Vision To be a premier organization that will consist of a world-class facility to develop athletes with integrity, honesty and fair play. Our strength will be in our values that will differentiate us from other associations. Our Values Our core values are vital. They describe the core principles that serve as a compass for our actions and describe what we value in developing the youth that we serve. Player Development – Developing the youth of today is a central focus for CKAA. There are many lessons to be gained in sports, and CKAA will strive to help the players get the most out of sports, both on the field and off. Team sports can have a significant impact on a child, and CKAA will not take that for granted.Community – CKAA will strive to not only be a safe and fun place for the children to play and learn, but also develop friendships for players, coaches and parents.Sportsmanship –There are lessons in victory and defeat when teaching the youth. How we handle each situation with our opponents, teammates, coaches and officials matter.Fundamentals – Understanding the functional movements in any particular sport is important for the success in the sport. We will provide a focus on teaching fundamental mechanics at all development levels for the development of the players.Coach Development – The most valuable assets we have are the coaches that will be a major influence on our youth. Coaching can be a tough but rewarding experience. The ability to take knowledge and relate that to a player can be difficult. We will help coaches achieve their full potential by providing information on functional and technical knowledge and how to relate to youth.Faith – Our relationship with God matters. We will ensure there is a place for God and strengthening that bond through reinforcing values and prayer.Competition – It is important that youth understands and learns how to handle competition. We will provide opportunities for competitive sports at the appropriate time and settings.
