Dear Potential Partner with CKAA,

We hope this letter finds you well. CKAA is a 501c(3) not for profit youth athletic organization that supports the Greater Arlington area and beyond.

Our Mission is to develop youth through sports; both on the field and off, by focusing on fundamentals, sportsmanship, great coaching, and the right way to handle competition that will last a lifetime.

Our Vision is to be a premier organization that will consist of a world-class facility to develop athletes with integrity, honesty, and fair play. Our strength will be in our values that will differentiate us from other associations.

To fulfill our mission, vision and to better support our youth, CKAA has several improvement opportunities that are desperately needed. Our parents have raised money and put in countless hours to completely resurface the field for our children, now we shift our focus to the batting cages, bleachers and concession stand. In order for CKAA to tackle these projects, we need to raise funds. We are asking for your support to help us achieve our goals.

Attached you will find our sponsorship form and the different contribution levels. The different funding levels comes with varying levels of promotion. Details are provided.

We would love the opportunity to showcase your company and logo at our revamped sport’s complex. You will also have exposure to all of our sporting events at the field during the entire year, including school sports. CKAA 2021 Sponsorship Levels

Grand Slam Sponsor - $1,500

· Exposure on CKAA Facebook and Instagram

· 4x8 Banners on both CKAA fields

· Banner placed in gym for fall and winter sports seasons

· Company will be included on CKAA Website with a link to your website

· Company will be included on Concession Scrolling Menu

· Company will be verbally recognized each week at the games

· Recognition in school communications to parents

(Grand Slam sponsorship is valid for one year. Renewal rate is $1,500 each year for the next two years. The life of the banner is three years)

Home Run - $1,000

· Exposure on CKAA Facebook and Instagram

· 4x8 Banners on one CKAA field

· Banner placed in gym for fall and winter sports seasons
